I am looking to migrate into the 64 bit world (Porting the Application, O/S,
hardware, etc..) included in this migration is the 64 bit drivers for the
O/S. First, questions regards support of Virtual Server 2K5 with MS 64 bit
O/S. Is this complatable?? If this does work as I create new VM's will I
need to add these 64 bit drivers (NIC's etc...) or since they are part of the
O/S will the "default NIC" configuration (when creating a new VM) have the 64
bit drivers present within the host O/S.

No, VS is 32-bit only.
