I am running Virtual Server 2005 (version 1.1.465.0 SE) and receive th
following message in the VMRC client (ActiveX Control) after running i
for a while, "Connection to Server has been lost". When this occurs th
base server loses all network connectivity. I end up having to reboo
the server to get the server connected again. The base server stay
connected to the network if I don't use the VMRC Client. It is als
fine if I use Remote Desktop (Terminal Services) to the Virtua
Machine.

I have read other postings and have tried to remove and reinstall th
VMRC Client. I have also comfirmed that SSL 3.0/TLS 1.0 encryption i
Virtual Server Properties was not enabled.

Does any have any suggestions on things I could try?

It appears that there was a problem with the embedded Network Adaptor.
The funny thing is that I experience no problems when using the bas
machine. The problem only occured while using a Virtual Machine withi
Virtual Server. I added a new PCI Ethernet card and the problem seem
to have gone away. I am using this new card for the base machine an
all the virtual machines.
