Any help would be great. We have noticed our performance is crappy. We are
running Windows 2003 st (non sp1) installed on Vitural sErver 2005 with
included tools to be slow. The vitural machine will peg out at 100% cpu all
the time while the main Windows 2003 Enterprise system is only running at
30% cpu. We are running this on a Dell PE2850 with two 3.6 G procs with 2MB
cach. We do have hyperthreading enabled but the gues OS always stays at
around 80 to 100%. Any tweaking would be great.

Have you checked to see which processes are using the CPU time inside of
the virtual machine? Also - you should disable hyperthreading.
