Hi friends, The only way to admin VMs on a Hyper-V Server 2008 is
using another WS2k8 or Vista Bussiness or Vista Ultimate???

I try to download the Hyper-V Manager on a Vista Home Premium and it
said something like "Upgrade not applicable" and we only have some
WS2k3 that neither can download Hyper-V manager... so, do you know any
alternative?

Vista Home Premium is not a supported OS, so you will not be able to install
the package locally. You will need to install on one of the following vista
versions.

Windows Vista Business, Enterprise, Ultimate running SP1
