Virtual Server 2005 R2 crashes -machines then can"t connect to net

I'm having a issue with Virtual Server 2005 R2 crashing the past week or so
about once a day. The problem is once I restore the saved virtual machines
or even disregard the virtual machines saved state they can not connect to
the network because the virtual server states the following:

"The virtual machine "stega1 (Chris G)" cannot connect virtual network
adapter 1 because another virtual machine with the MAC address
00:03:FF:55:E0:32 is already running. This virtual network adapter will be
left disconnected."

I have tried restarting the virtual server service and the virtual machine.
The only way I can fix this is by going into the Virtual Sever web interface
and deleting the network card and then add a new network card.

I then today did a system restore on the virtual machine today but I don't
think that will help. Here is the log file from the Virtual server crash.
