After banging my head and highly aggravated clients! (3 Weeks)

My implementation of Hyper-V (with one image, AD, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, IIS,
ect......); clients repeatedly kept loosing SMB (\\) connectivity to the
image. 1-3 times daily with a image reboot as the fix.

Http, https, DNS, ping all worked; just not SMB. (No drive mappings)

After hours of diagnostic troubleshooting (Drivers, Firmware, traces, GPO
modifications, NIC change outs, performance logging) I finally was forced to
call MS support. First troubleshooting procedure!!!!!!!

Downgrade my synthetic NIC to the legacy NIC. When pushed, finally admitted
incompatiblies with the integration services.

Issue has not come back since.. Fingers still crossed! Enjoy.
