Storage Space Question

I am running Virtual Server2005 R2 on a Dell Precision Workstation 450 with a
Xeon 2.4 GHz CPU and 2GB of RAM. The drive is a 75GB SATA drive. The VM file
is hosted on a Seagate My Book and the partition for that is about 75GB also.
I have allocated to the VM 1GB of RAM. I working with Vista 32bit Ultimate in
the VM. I have been trying to use Windows Easy Transfer as an exercise in
installing and configuring Vista. I am not able to install Windows Easy
Transfer, I keep getting the error "Not enough storage available to process
the command." and "Installation did not complete." What is my problem? Is
there any way for me to fix this? Thanks in advance for any ideas or help.
