Virtual computer hangs during boot (Hyper-V)

Hi all,

I've have a strange problem. I've created a new virtual computer on my
hyper-v-system and want to install OpenSuSE 10.3 (same problem on OpenSuSE 11
and Debian Lenny). I've downloaded the Netinstall ISO. After booting this
image, the boot process starts fine, but after displaying the boot message it
seems, that the process hangs. Hyper-V-Manager shows me a cpu usage of 7%.

I have a Xeon 2-Processors dual core system with 16GB of memory. Currently I
have 2 virtual machines running, one with Windows Server 2008 and one with
Linux from Scratch. 6,51GB of memory is used and the cpu-using is lower than
5%.

Any hints?

Regards
Wolfgang Ebert
