Test of clustering using Virtual Server?

Hi there,

Is there any way I can setup a test cluster (I want to test failing over an
app on a cluster) on virtual server? I would need a way to mimic shared
storage on at least two virtual servers to allow a shared Quorum.

Not sure how I can do this!? Anyone help?
