Any way to manage Hyper-V from other OSes?

Other than Server 2008 and Vista?

We've started using Hyper-V for a test environment at work, and one of
my co-workers / bosses would like to be able to access / manage the
Hyper-V system from our Windows 2003 Terminal Server (he tends to work
late, from home)

Is it possible?

Or, will we need to either:
a. Move our Terminal Server to Server 2008
b. Create a Server 2008 / Vista VM, that he then connects to from the
Hyper-V

If it helps, we are using Hyper-V server, and not Windows Server 2008
with the Hyper-V role.
