Hyper-V: Problems accessing host

Source: microsoft.public.virtualserver

Message:

Hi community,

I already tried to get help in the german group but without success, so I'll
try here too...

Host 2008 64bit
actual Intel VM capable chipset, latest drivers, updates etc
2 NICs
Firewall task running but disabled
Domain Member

VM 2008 32bit
DC (there is another "real" DC)
FW running, but disabled

external network, host and vm in same network on the same NIC (there is
another VN using the other NIC for 2 other VMs in a different network)

host and vm have access to the internet and all other machines in the LAN
all machines in the LAN have access to the vm
pinging the host is possible from vm and LAN
access to the host from LAN possible (RDP, NETBIOS etc)
access to the host from vm not possible (but ping)

What might be the problem?

Frank
