Understanding of SBS 2008 Premiumn and Hyper-V

Hi all,

My direct-hardware virtualization solution experience only lies on Citrix
Xen and I want to use Hyper-V on an upcoming project and I've got questions
as to how it works (as I assume it's a little different).

I'll be purchasing SBS Premium and appropriate hardware to run
virtualization. What are the basic steps to procure and install Hyper-V so
I can then setup my 2 guest servers included in the SBS Premium licensing?
Does Hyper-V come with SBS Premium or is it available as a download?

Also, does Hyper-V allow for guests servers to be backed up (the entire VHD)
while the system is running and is there a way to automate this from the
hyper-v (to say an external USB hard drive or NAS)?

On a side-note does MS support SBS or other servers installed in Xen?

Thanks!
Mike
