VSMT (createVM problem)

Message:

I've just started using the VSMT to migrate a test server (physical) to a
virtual server on our VS 2005 server. The VS is running ADS and has the VSMT
installed.

Everything up to the <server>_createVM.cmd step works fine. However, when I
run the createVM script, it fails with the following information:

Error: Result Code: 8
Error ocurred, Cleanup up.:(8)
release control of device <SERVER>
ADSDevice: Warning: Device <SERVER> did not match any devices
ADSDevice: Error: The device does not exist
remove device <SERVER>
ADSDevice: Warning: Device BUNSEN did not match any devices
ADSDevice: Error: The device does not exist
Delete Virtual Machine:<SERVER> on <VS.orgname.org>

I'm just wondering if anyone has a suggestion to solve this issue. Any help
is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Jeff
