Hello,

I have a PC with a crashed motherboard. The SATA drive is still fine - I can
plug in elsewhere and see the data. This was my primary workstation running
XP PRo and has many applications on it I would rather not have to
rebuild/reload from scratch.

Is there a tool that would look at the C:\ partition on the drive and create
a new Virtual Machine?

I am running Virtual Server on w2k3 server stnd.

Something like Acronis TrueImage withUniversal Restore would probably
work better...make an image of the drive and use that to boot.
