Virtual Server Service is getting disabled

Source: microsoft.public.virtualserver
Sent: 07/22/2008
From: Don
Message:

I installed Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 with KB948515. Things are mostly fine
except for two glitches. After several hours, the Virutal Server and Virtual
Machine Helper services get marked "Disabled" as viewed in the Control Panel
-> services applet. A "SC QUERY "VIRTUAL SERVER"" command also shows the
service is marked disabled.

If I re-enable the service, they start fine except for the 2nd problem: THe
running VMs are not restarted along with VS. The options for marking the VMs
as "start with VS" are disabled in the web interface.

Is there another configuraiton setting I'm missing? Is there a way to mark
the VMs as "Restart"? The grayed-out options read
Action When Virutal Server Stops: "Shut Down Guest OS" and this is happening.
Action WHen Virtual Server Starts: "Automatcially turn onvirtual machine if
it was running when Virtual Server stopped." and this is NOT happening.

Any help appreciated as this is a show-stopper problem for using VS.

Output of "sc query"
