Give more CPU to a Guest OS

Message:

Hello,

I am running Hyper V RTM and am having an issue with one of my Guest OS's.
This machine is very CPU intensive and is basically maxing the CPU in the
Guest OS, but the host OS CPU is barely being touched. I have assigned 2
CPU's to the box but it looks as if the app isn't written to properly take
advantage of it. I have assigned a weight of 1000 (Every other machine is at
the default 100) but this doesnt seem to have done any good. There must be a
way to give this more of the systems CPU when its available. How do I do this?

Thanks
