VMM SQL Installation blue screen

Hi

Im new to the group, i require some assistance on a SQL 2005 STD Edt
installation on a windows server 2003 SP2 R2 image.
I have assigned the image 1024GB of ram. Every time i run the SQL 2005
installation i get a blue screen error. If i increase the RAM to
2048GB it works perfect.

Any assistance on why that happens will be appreciated.

I have the same issue i think.

This appear to occur for me when I clone a base image and then make a
hardware change before installing SQL.

Any one have any ideas?
