I currently use Hyper-V Beta (one included with Win2008 RTM).
Question: when Hyper-V RTM released, will I be able to upgrade (and use
exising VMs)?

No, you will not be able to directly upgrade. You will be able to use the
existing VMs by recreating them and pointing the new VM to the existing VHD
files. (This is covered in the RC installation documentation. )

Notice that the OP was going from Beta 2 to RC - that almost certainly won't
work and isn't supported. From RC0 to RC1 pretty much worked if you didn't
have saved states. And in theory, RC1 to RTM should work, but I'm with you -
I'm not planning on it.
