STOP Error 0x000000d1 on two seperate Hosts running VS2005 R2 SP1

I have two seperate physical hosts running Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 There
are appox. 15 virtual servers on each physical host. The virtuals are
Windows Server 2003 Standard & the physical hosts are running Server 2003
Datacenter. Both servers keep having random STOP errors. (0x000000d1) I
have ran opened the kernel crash dumps with win debugger and it points to
vmm.sys. Does anyone have any ideas? Sometimes they go for several weeks
with no problem, sometimes only a day or two.

I have applied Hot fix as per the MS article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/943666
After applying hotfix, The machine got 0x000000d1 stop error.

The Guest OS is Windows 2003.
The machine is running with Two Windows XP VMs.

Please help
