Vir Svr 2005 SP1 Issue - Help Please

Using an IBM blade center blade running Server 2003 R2 SP2 Ent Edition as
the host and I have one guest (Server 2003 R2 SP2). When I boot the guest I
loose all network connectivity to the host OS. Cannot ping it. It cannot
ping it's gateway from host the machine. Strange thing is the gust see's
everything. Any ideas how to fix this? When I trun the guest off host is
perfect again.

Host ip settings

10.10.1.22 - ip
255.255.255.0 - mask
10.10.1.241 - GW

guest ip settings

10.10.1.30
255.255.255.0
10.10.1.30

Sounds like a router policy. If your router has a one IP/MAC per port
policy restriction, this is usually what happens.
