Windows Server 2003 question

I have 2003 Domain Controller on VMware on SAN and another Domain Controller
on the same network. My Domain Controller was down on SAN and it took users
15-20 minutes to authenticate to the network. Can someone help me with this
where I need to make the changes. I would appreciate any help. Infact I
need to put this question under Server but for some reason when I click uner
that I don't see the option to put in my question. If anyone has the link
please send that to me so that I can put the question there too.
