UNC Search path

Hello,

I would like to create a virtual server with Virtual Server 2005. This
Virtual server (SERVEURVIRTUEL) is hosted on a physical server
(PSERVER). So far everything is going well ;-)

Or it becomes more complicated is that I want one of the virtual disks
of
VSERVEUR to be on another physical server (FSERVER).

For that, I go in the administration interface of Virtual Server
2005, server properties and I try to add a UNC search path
(\\FSERVE\SHARING). It sounds so simple ... Except
I have problems with access rights that I can not resolve.
This works if I share and give total control to "Evreyone" but it's a
little bit violent.

My question is: How can I set the "good" access rights on
\\FSERVER\SHARING for Virtual Server 2005 on
PSERVER can host discs for my VSERVER.

It's seems to be possible with Contrained delegation in Windows 2003
native domain.Unfortunatly my domain controller is an old Win2000.

Thank you for your help
