I work for a hospital that is considering the use of VS 2005 for server
consolidation. As part of this consideration I am setting up VS2005 on a test
domain. I have set up one VS and installed Win2003. I even managed to get it
communicating over my domain network.

It seem to me there are at least two alternatives, from a management
perspective, in more VS2005 deployments. I can deploy VS with the admin
console on every instance of VS2005 or I can try to centrally adminster all
of them from one console. The first alternative is the simplest, at least at
first, but the second would be better as more and more VS2005 installs were
done.

I know how to do the first alternative but not the second. I don't know how
you could connect your console to a remote VS install because you need the
console to configure the binding to a NIC.

Is there a reference that can show me how to use a central console for
mulitple VS2005 installs on multiple platforms?
