VSMT/ADS working very slow after upgrade to SP1

Message:

Hi,

after upgrading Virtual Server to the most recent version (1.1.603.0 EE R2
SP1), VSMT/ADS is not working properly anymore.
I'm seeing messages like "Valid bmcp message received" staying there for
more than 10 min., and after that it takes an hour to get 5% done; before,
in one hour almost everything was done. I reinstalled VSMT and ADS from
ADS_VSMT_1.1.exe, rebooted my server (as requested) and started up again.
Nothing changed, deploying still is very very slow. ADS and VSMT are on
the same server, and there's no load at all - it's just idling around.
It would be great if anyone has a solution for this.

TIA,
J.
