Redraw problem in VMRC after upgrading to SP1

I just upgraded to Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 x64 from Virtual Server 2005 R2
x64 and when I try to use a virtual server through the Virtual Machine Remote
Control client the windows within the virtual machine are not redrawn
properly when I try just about anything.

Parts of a window remain "jagged" with remnants of the previous display
until I move the window which refreshes and corrects the display.

What can I do get around this problem?

doesn't do that for me.

Have you rebooted your host since the upgrade? That might be worth a
try.

I uninstalled R2 SP1 and reverted to the previous version and the redraw
problem has disappeared! There is clearly something wrong with SP1 that has
been missed.

This is the first time I have ever gone back to a previous version of any
piece of Microsoft Software and I am very disappointed.

If anyone does know of a fix then I would still be interested to hear it.

The interesting part for me is it is random. Some people are able to
connect and it renders properly, while others it doesn't work.
