I do not know what happened. Two days ago I set everything up and I
could talk to the virtual machines from anywhere on my network. Now
all of a sudden I can no longer ping the virtual machines and they
cannot ping anything that is not a virtual machine.

Right now the Virtual machines can ping one another but they cannot
ping the host and the host or other machines on the network can no
longer ping the virtual machines. I have tried to reinstall virtual
server several times to no avail. I am using virtual server 2005 R2

I have now lost about 16 hours trying to figure this one and i am
ready to go and buy a different VM.

Does anyone know what to do? I have tried everything and nothing is
working.

The first time everything went smooth and now nothing...

HELP!

Three things...
1. Check that the physical server network properties has Virtual
Machine Network Services ticked.
2. Check that the virtual server admin page network settings has the
correct physical adaptor assigned.
3. Check that the virtual machine is using the same network that you
found in 2.
