Cannot access Virtual Server Homepage with local administrator acc

Message:

Hello all,

we have an issue on several Virtual Servers in our Domain.
VS 2005 R2 is installed on several Windows 2003 Servers, running in a
Windows 2003-Domain.

I can access the VS-Homepage with an Domain Account without any problems.

But if i try to access the page with the local administrator account of the
server, the following error appears:

The following error occurred:
LsaLogonUser() failed! Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

(Username and Password are correct)

I have checked google and many forums/newsgroups and tryed many possible
solutions, but nothing helps.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks
