Hi
We've installad Virtual Server 2005 on a Win2k3 server. The virtual server
contains one virtual machine: a windows 2000 server. When I try to acces the
windows 2000 server with terminal services, i get the message:
"The client could not connect to the Terminal Server. The server may be
too busy. Please try connecting later"
When I try with VNC, no problem. I've installed Terminal Services several
times, without result. When I open the Terminal Services Manager, my server
is showed with a red sign over it and in the right colon i see the message:
"You could not be authenticated on this server"
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

virtual machine? Is the account you are using to connect and/or run Terminal
Server Manager a member of the local Administrators group on the Win2K
virtual machine?

That's the problem !
I have insalled (through Add/Remove Windows Components) Terminal Services
(remote administrattion mode) several times. But when I (after a restart)
check my services, Terminal Services isn't listed. I went to a dos-screen
and typed termsrv, but no succes there. When I open my Task Manager to see
the prosesses, no termsrv. And when I type termsrv and look at the Task
Manager, Terminal Services appears (in the processes-list) for a second and
than vanishes... strange.
The account I'm using is administrator, member of the admistrators group
(I've already checked that several times).
My opinion, there's something wrong with the virtual machine, rather than
with Terminal Services.
