DO NOT USE /3GB!! :-)

Seriously - Virtual Server uses both kernel and user mode memory - but
we use kernel more - so using /3GB will always result in worse
performance and scalability. For a host machine with 4GB RAM there is
nothing that you really need to put in the boot.ini file.

Your loosing me here. If you want to access more than 4GB on memory on
Win2003 standard you have have to have the /PAE switch. But you said below
there nothing you need to do, my understanding that is only true for
