Hi, Im using a powerbook and i should be getting 1Gbps but in my XP virtual
image it is showing that it is running on 10Mbps. Thanks in advance!

If you check your actual network speed, you will find that you are
getting better than 10Mbps, however, the emulated ethernet card only
reports as 10mbps. You should receive some significant percentage of
your actual speed, up to 100Mbps. I don't have anything with gigabit
ethernet, so I have no idea if that holds true for gigabit as well.
