Perplexed about networking 2 Virtual Machines in VPC2007

Hello,

I am trying to get 2 VMs to see each other in VPC2007; I am using Local Only
as the networking options on these VMs. Both VMs are Windows Server 2003
Enterprise machines. I have one server running as a AD domain with the
following IP config:

Server01
IP address: 192.168.200.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.200.254
DNS Servers: 192.168.200.1

The other server is setup with the following:

Server02
IP Address: 192.168.200.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.200.254
DNS Server: 192.168.200.1

Server01 can ping Server02, but the ping doesn't work the other way around.
I want to be able to join Server02 to the domain setup on Server01 but I
can't because it doesn't see it on the network.

I am thinking I setup the networking wrong . . . Can anyone help me get this
resolved?

Thanks!
