how to minimize the virtual PC screen and connect to a network

Hi,

I am new to Virtial PC. I install Win XP Prof OS on a virtual PC under a
laptop that runs on Vista Home Premium OS. 2 questions -
1 - how can I minimize the screen of the Virtual PC so I can switch back to
Vista screen from the XP Pro sreen? I try to change the setting of the
virtual PC to full screen upon its launch. Will there be any short cut key
that I can press on the key board that can minimize the Virtual PC screen
(during its running) and I can see the desktop of the Vista screen as to put
the Vista screen to full screen? I have unchecked the VPC setting for Display
not to be on full screen but it still run on full sreen while I started the
VPC
2. Because my laptop OS is Vista Home Premium, I cannot connect it to my
office network to a W2003 server. However, after I installed a VPC under
WinXP Prof and tried to connect the VPC to the office domain, it still cannot
connect under "My Computer - Domain connection. An error message pop up "DNS
name does not exist. Error code 0x0000232B RCODE_NAME_ERROR". IS it true that
even I created a VPC using XP Prof OS, it still cannot connect to my Office
Server domian as it staill treat the laptop as a Vista Home Premium OS (I
have been told that Only Vista Business can be connected to a domian network?

Tks,

Paul
