license? or i still can use my existing OS license.

With very few exceptions regarding some editions of Vista, virtual machines
are treated exactly the same as physical machines when it comes to
licensing. This applies both to the operating system and to applications.

Generally speaking, if you would need a separate licence to install
something (OS or app) on a physical machine, you will need a licence to
install it on a virtual machine.

Depending on your intended usage of virtualisation technology, it may be
more economical to purchase an entry-level MSDN or TechNet subscription
which will allow you to install Windows on as many separate virtual machines
as you like, so long as it is only for development, testing or demonstration
purposes...

amchine.

I wanna make some web test between IE7 and IE6, since each OS only allowed 1
version of IE....so i have no choice to setup another OS in my machine.
