Can Not Install VPC 2007 SP1

I am unable to install VPC 2007 SP1 on my Vista Machine I am runnin
Vista Business x64 it says the wizard was interrupted before Microsof
Virtual PC 2007 could be completely installed every time I try t
install. I am using the x64 bit installer and just for the heck of it
tried the x86 installer and the same thing happens

Very odd. I rebuilt a workstation yesterday with the same config (Vista
Business x64) and installed VPC2007 SP1 with no problem.
