Can Virtual PC manage this scenario?

Hi I am new to the concept of virtualization however think it will be the
answer to what I’m looking to do. In summary I’d like my physical PC to be
divided into 2 virtual windows PCs allowing one image to be used for general
use along with a dedicated monitor and the other image to be used
simultaneously for my cable TV card connected to its own dedicated monitor.

My Machine:

AMD2+ CPU
3GB RAM
750GB HD
Onboard DVI output connected to 17” Samsung LCD
Onboard VGA output connected to 32” Samsung LCD TV
Onboard optical sound out connected to PC speakers associated to 17” display
Onboard coaxial sound out connected to stereo associated to 32” display

My goal is that “Person A” can use the keyboard/mouse/17” display/DVI output
on Windows OS 1 to browse the internet, work on documents etc. while “Person
B” can use the USB IR remote / 32” display / VGA output on Windows OS 2 to
watch TV.

Do you think this would be possible?

Thanks.
