Hello all

I just bought me a brand new computer and installed Vista Ultimate x6
on it (amongst others)

Now I also want to install VPC 2007 on it and for some reason it jus
fails. No reason given whatsoever
It installs perfectly untill 95% or so and then starts a rollback
After that it tells me that it couldn't be installed but that I shoul
try later. Which I did... several times, but it just won't ge
installed..

I searched all over the web for a couple of days now, but I can't see
to find anyone with the same problem and with a solution... So I though
I'd ask you guys and hope someone has a solution for me

test some of my boot images and with virtualpc on vista32 was perfect. Why is
there so much trouble with vista64?
Im using business 64 with sp1.

I've got VPC installed on at least 3 computers running x64 Vista
Ultimate.
You cannot run 64bit OSes in a VM.

Can you search for it and see if it exists

Also, I wonder if you've tried installing VPC 2007 in safe mode? Or i
normal mode with all your normal startup programs disabled usin
MSCONFIG.EXE

I have the same issue as the OP. First, the 32 bit installer fails much
eariler than the 64-bit one, with a different message. Second, for some
reason when I try to change the path of installation, the installer crashes.

Any Ideas?
