Loosing network connections in Virtual PC

Hi,
I installed Virtual PC 2007 on Vista Business, created virtual drive for
windows 2000 SP1,
Everything works except, when I try to open or run MS Access 2000 based
application from network drive,
I get errors like "Disk or network error" or "File path error" or
"Delayed Write Failed : Windows was unable to save all the data for the file
\Device\LanmanRedirector..."

I look at network drive, They are X out, if I try to open these drives, they
re-establish connection eventually
If I try to ping the server that file opening from, no reponse about
10seconds, after a while connection is restored
So many similar errors on the net but no solutions, Virtual PC 2007 behaves
same on XP machine (tried everything possible)

It is as if somthing blocks executing MS access from network share temporary
(Disabled AV software, same problem.)
Same Access file is no problem outside ofVirtual PC

Any idea?

My further testing concludes that
Virtual PC 2007 installed on XP or Vista host machines, there may be
incompatibilities between Network Driver installed on windows 200SP1 VHD,
does not handle ODBC connections when working with MS access Databases
