Uninstalling Operating Systems

I have Virtual PC 2007 installed and I need to find out how to uninstall
operating systems that have been installed through the VPC 2007. I would
also like to find out if a virtual partition size can be changed after an OS
has been installed or it has to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Do I have to
uninstall VPC 2007 to uninstall the OS's.
