Host does not have enough memory

Message:

I'm hosting Windows XP Pro and Vista Home Basic on an XP Pro machine
with 2 gb ram. Each instance of the VM2007 machine has 1 gb ram. All
works fine, until I installed the VM enhancements. Afterwards, when
starting the VM, I receive the error message stating the host does not
have enough memory=B4to launch the VM, be it XP or Vista. By lowering
the memory on the VM to 350 mb, the VM machines will launch and run,
including Vista, albeit somewhat slowly. I also had the same problem
with VM20004, though without Vista. Any ideas on why this is and how
it could be corrected?
