Multiple problems since upgrading to Virtual PC 2007

I'm having a number of problems with Virtual PC 2007 and I'm hoping someone
here can shed some light on one or two.

1. Mouse will sometimes stop working if I drag a selected object off the
edge of the guest window.
Guest not maximized.
Seems to happen most when mouse is moving quickly
Top edge may happen more, or it may be that I just accidentally overshoot
top more often.
Mouse seems stuck in select mode ... i.e. rectangle draws in guest when
clicked. Can't make it "unclicked.."
Shutting down guest and shutting down Virtual PC console needed to fix.

2. Paste will stop working
No paste from host to guest, no paste from guest to host.
Copy works fine in both locations and past works fine where the copy
originated.
Shutting down guest and shutting down Virtual PC console needed to fix.

3. After shutting down a virtual machine, console often displays error
message when clicking on most of the settings for any virtual machine.
Error displays for any virtual machine, running or not.
Seems tied to virtual machine console rather than the machine itself.
Fix is to shut down Virtual PC console and restart.
Error always appears when either of #1 or #2 above appear.

4. Shutting guest down from full screen mode messes up screen resolution on
next guest boot.
Not a huge deal, but I still sometimes forget when I'm working full screen.

5. And, of course, sharing folders with host has so many problems that I
don't use it at all anymore.
But network share works all the time for me so it's no great loss.

These problems happen on two separate machines, one desktop, one laptop.
Both upgraded to Virtual PC 2007 from from Virtual PC 2004.
All guests have updated VPC additional tools.
Running XP Pro guest and host.
Tried with many versions of guest, including and empty XP w/ SP2 and all web
patches.

Have not tried wiping everything including all drives and starting over
(sigh.)

Anyone run across these any of these problems and/or know of solutions.
