I am trying to get my vanilla XP OS on MS VPC 2007 to recognize my CD
burnier so I can sequence Roxio EasyCd Creator ver 6. If so, please explain
how. Thank you.

Bottom line it states "CD burning is not a supported operation at this time."
It seems I will have to try sequencing on a physical machine using beta 4.2n
for Roxio CD Creator ver 6x. Thank you.
