Why are VMAdditions2004 displaying in Spanish???

I finally found a way to get the additions files off of the iso file
and onto my Win95 machine via a network share. I used WinImage to
extract the files out of the ISO I downloaded from Steve Jain's site
and then copied all of them via the network over to my Win95 guest'a
share.
Worked fine to get them there so I could run setup.exe.

But why does it show a dialogue in Spanish???
The Win95 I am dealing with is Swedish language.

Any ideas? (Not very important, really, just curious)
